As a result of a successful pilot study conducted over an 18 month period, examining 100 couples, and comparing various childbirth education programs by Dr Jane Svensson, Ante- natal co- ordinator at the Royal Hospital for Women, Calmbirth classes are NOW AVAILABLE TWICE A MONTH at the RHW.
Parking is available at the hospital and the course fee is $595, which includes the Calmbirth book and downloadable guided relaxations.
Dates And Times
Calmbirth courses at the Royal are run over a weekend, beginning at 9.30am and ending at 5.30pm on both Saturday and Sunday.
Morning and afternoon tea is provided.
Lunch can be bought from the RHW cafeteria or nearby Randwick shops and cafes or you can bring your own.
