My name is Imogen, I am a registered nurse and midwife, mother, and a Calmbirth educator. I live in Naracoorte with my small family, and I work part time at the local hospital in the maternity and acute wards. I love the small-town living, the calm and quiet of the country, originally from Adelaide I appreciate the slower paced life-style in the South East.
As a Calmbirth Educator, my passion is to empower couples with the knowledge and tools they need to approach birth with confidence, calm, and connection. I believe that birth is a powerful, transformative experience, and through the Calmbirth program, I want to help you shift your mindset and overcome fears, allowing you to experience it in the most positive way possible.
As a Calmbirth© Educator, I help couples build confidence, trust, and connection with each other and their bodies. Through relaxation techniques, breathing exercises, and mindfulness practices, I empower couples to embrace their birth experience with calm, clarity, and a sense of control. My goal is to create a space where you can feel supported, informed, and ready—no matter what your birth plan looks like.
Whether you're a first-time parent or preparing for another birth, my goal is to guide you through techniques that promote relaxation, trust, and communication. I want to help you feel supported, informed, and fully present throughout your birthing journey, so you can embrace it with confidence and create the birth experience you’ve always hoped for.
